This policy explains how Pioneer Trades and Healthcare Consultancy – F.Z.C (“Pioneer Trades”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pioneertrades.com, contact us, book a call or do business with us. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Personal data we collect
- Contact and identity details you give us: name, company, job title, email address and phone number.
- Enquiry and project details: the content of messages, the services or products you are interested in, and documents you share with us.
- Booking details when you schedule a call through our booking calendar: chosen time, time zone and answers to booking questions.
- Business transaction details for clients and suppliers: orders, delivery details, invoices and correspondence.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and approximate location.
We do not ask for health information about patients through this website. Please do not send patient-identifiable or other medical data through our forms.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations (your request and our legitimate interest in replying).
- To prepare proposals, deliver services and supply products (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal, tax, customs and regulatory obligations in the UAE (legal obligation).
- To keep the website secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
- To send newsletters and updates, only if you subscribe (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and, where we use analytics, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Third-party services embedded on the site, such as our booking calendar, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
5. Who we share data with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, our booking calendar (Calendly) and messaging (WhatsApp), under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Logistics, customs and payment partners where needed to complete an order.
- Government and regulatory authorities where the law requires it.
- Licensed third parties we introduce you to, only with your agreement.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some service providers store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where we transfer data abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the PDPL, such as contractual protections with the recipient.
7. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client, supplier and transaction records: as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law, typically at least 5 years.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and will reply within 30 days. Requests are free unless they are clearly excessive.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to staff who need it. If a data breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you have opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. Service messages about your enquiries, bookings or orders are not marketing.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Other websites
Links to other sites, including social media and our booking calendar, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
13. Complaints
If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office, or to your local data protection authority if you are outside the UAE.
